What is missing in your work?

What is examined

A play in rehearsal. A screenplay or a cut of a film. A song, an album, a music video. A solo performance or a company production. A brand narrative, a campaign, a company story, a keynote. Any work whose parts are in place and whose whole does not hold.

It also works at the start: an idea with no structure yet, heading toward a grant, residency or commission, is diagnosed until it has one.

The diagnosis looks for where the consequence chain breaks, where rhythm loses necessity, where a forced structure is sustained by effort, and where a cosmetic solution has been placed over a structural problem.

Companies and firms can bring a non-artistic project: a strategy, service, presentation or internal process whose parts work separately but fail to form a coherent whole. The same inquiry asks where the chain of consequence breaks and what must change at the structural level.
